Generative fill not showing [v25.3.1]

I'm on the Photography Plan, have fully updated photoshop (v 25.3.1) and enabled the contextual task bar but no generative fill options appear. When I go to the 'edit' dropdown there are no generative fill options. They're not there but greyed out, they're not there at all. I'm in the UK and using a Mac if that's relevant.

What am I doing wrong?
