generative fill not working

Question

When i try to use the generative fill tool, it stops halfways and photoshop says to check on my internet connection and try again, i have a working wifi connection and i also tried to unable the firewall on my mac as i read on some prevoius post in the community but the tool isn't still working, what can i do?

Hey, @. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I reviewed the account you used to log in, and I found an active subscription.

You can try using Photoshop Web (https://adobe.ly/3WkhVFm) on an alternate device & internet network to rule out it is a network issue.
