Generative Fill Results Have Declined Sharply — Is There a New Algorithm?

Hello, in the last several weeks generative fill in photoshop has been less and less effective. It started as the command 'remove' leaving artifacts and adding words, and now it cant generate results for any image that are convincing or usable in my projects.
Trying to change the background of a photo, the prompt I generated was 'black steel workbench' and it just kept generating white backgrounds. Not matching the prompt, not usable in the project, and it's been like this for weeks across multiple projects and prompts. It used to be so good! It used to be usable! What changed? A new algorithm?

Thank you for trying out that prompt, take a look at the tools in the background, none of them are convincing as actual tools, there's rings on the table that dont fit, and if you look closely anywhere in the image there is artifacts and mistakes, this wasnt always the case with generative fill. So I'm curious if the AI model changed or something or if there is better prompting to remove these kind of errors.
