OMG, you just saved me! I just ran into the same issue. I spent the last 40 minutes trying to figure out what was wrong: uninstalling and reinstalling PS, logging out and back in to my account, and installing a different version, NOTHING worked. This was so simple (yet stupid). Thank you!
