Generative Upscale

Generative upscaling seems to have issues in both the current version 27.3.1 and 27.3. When I use Generative Upscale, the process often suddenly disappears midway, although it eventually succeeds after several attempts. My suspicion is that there might be an issue with the server or something else. However, I am certain it is not due to my internet connection, as I have tried switching to another internet provider but the same issue persists.

Thank you.

Is your system up-to-date? Do you have installed all recent updates and patches for the operating system and the device drivers, especially the graphic driver. Please make also sure that you have installed the Studio version and not the Game Ready version of your NVidia driver.

Please provide a copy of your 'System Info'. This can be get from the Photoshop menu item Help > System Info. There's a copy button in the System Info dialog. Press this button and paste the info into your next forum post.

    My System: Intel i7-8700K - 64GB RAM - NVidia Geforce RTX 3060 - Windows 11 Pro 25H2 -- LR-Classic 15 - Photoshop 27 - Nik Collection 8 - PureRAW 5 - Topaz Photo

@DboroCreativeStudio there’s a couple of issues with the limited system info that you supplied, you only have 8 GB of RAM and the AMD Radeon(TM) Vega 8 Graphics was released in 2018

    Free memory: 4941 MB
Memory available to Photoshop: 5163 MB

Have a look at the recommended system requirements for Photoshop
