Getting errors when using AI Sharpen & DeNoise in Photoshop

Have been editing a batch of photographs today.  I have been using AI Sharpen and AI DeNoise (Topaz) without issue. I received a msg stating I was running low on credits, so I purchased a monthly sub.

I was able to use these functions a couple more times - but now, each time, no matter the file, I am receiving an error that reads: “We are unable to complete your request at this time. Please try again.”

I have closed and restarted PS and other apps, signed out of and back into my Creative Cloud acct, and tried toggling the Pref->Performance→Graphics Processor option (suggested online). 

No luck. Stuck.

Would greatly appreciate some guidance / assistance. Thx!
