After Photoshop reinstallation and reboot, It's working for a few minutes.

A copy sniffer.exe output when it's working, and when it's not working few minutes after running. I realized that sniffer.exe don't see my GPU after a few minutes.

Hi @mirelio95123265 sorry to hear this. A couple things to try:

Go to Preferences > Performance... click Advanced Settings... and uncheck "GPU Compositing" - then restart Photoshop. Does the problem still occur? 

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
