Crop tool isn’t working already for a week. It’s unresponsive.

Hi Divine. Can you be more specific? I just tested it with V27.6 and it is working OK for me.

What version of the Crop tool? (Perspective or original)

How exactly it is not working for you?

What operating system and version you are using?

A brief description of your computer hardware.

I’ve just tried turning off GPU acceleration in Preferences > Performance (and restarting Photoshop). The crop tool works, but it does not display the same.

If you are seeing something similar, make sure you are able to have GPU acceleration active.

Hey! Turning GPU acceleration on/ off and restarting didn’t had any effect

- PhotoShop is up to date, whatever is the latest version
- Original Crop Tool
- It’s unresponsive. Clicking on Canvas nothing happens
- macOS Tahoe 26.5
- hardware? that’s where you lost me
