This sometime apear and is fixed by restart PS,but i get annoyed because to many time i get this happen

Please share the system information from Photoshop Help > System Info> Copy and paste it into a text document, then upload and attach it here.

Does this happen with documents of all sizes?

Try this:

Go to Photoshop > Settings (CMD/CTRL + K) > Performance > Advanced Settings > Disable 'GPU Compositing' & restart Photoshop.

Sorry Taking Long.

Had do you tell but, The Bug Still apear.
this happen with all document size i think.
I think i know what make this cause when, im save the file to Targa and the Unity Auto Reload the File and im getting back to PS is getting this weird bug.
