Hauteur texte (mesure incorecte)

Bonjour,
Photoshop CS6
Lorsque je crée un texte par exemple de 50mm en mode affichage taille d’impression,  avec l’outil mesure, la hauteur est de ~33.8mm (confirmé si j’imprime) pour obtenir un ''vrai' 50 mm à l’impression j’ai saisi dans le module caractère une échelle verticale de 150.
Ce phénomène semble être du à l’interligne, la hauteur de la police est celle du caractère + les interlignes.
Y a-t-il une explication ou une autre méthode ? Je dois certainement faire une erreur

When I create a text for example 50mm in print size display mode, with the measure tool, the height is ~33.8mm (confirmed if I print) to obtain a 'true' 50 mm for printing I entered in the character module a vertical scale of 150.
This phenomenon seems to be due to line spacing: the font height is that of the character + the line spacing.
Is there an explanation or another method? I'm sure I'm making a mistake.
