Help! How to align groups of collection shapes to layers? [Scripting]

Help! As shown in the picture: I am making a script to align groups to the same layer as the group shape. Some groups are even 180°. What logic should I use to achieve this step? (All group and layer names are randomized)

Could you please explain what you actually mean (screenshots showing the original and the intended final state might help). 

What about »180˚«? Is that a problem and, if so, how would one be able to determine that a Layer should be rotated?

In the file I sent, the blue group needs to be aligned according to the red layer. You can see that the blue group and the red layer have a relationship of 180° rotation. I need to follow the red layer as a template to align the blue group to the red layer. Some of them need to be rotated 180°. I just sent an example. I have many such files that need to be operated.
