HELP ME PURCHASE A LAPTOP THAT WILL RUN MY PHOTOSHOP APP AND WINDOWS 11

I have done a lot of research but still unsure of the best laptop to buy to run windows 11 and the photoshop app. The research led me to choose a processor (Intel core),  at least 32 GB of ram, SSD with at least 1TB storage, choose a screen size (16"?), make sure I have at least 1 A port and 1 C port, a microphone and headset jack, webcam and a SD card slot. I also want touchscreen. I can spend around $1500. I thought I found a match with the Dell Inspirion 16 plus model DB 16250 but it seems unfortunately that potential conflicts with dual GPU's and modified drivers could cause issues. The sales reps at the retail stores are clueless (it seems) as what they recommend doesn't add up when I come home and do the research. I WOULD so APPRECIATE it if ANYONE has any suggestions for the right laptop to purchase. I don't do crazy things in photoshop, I touch up my photos and sometimes do composite image work. THANK YOU FOR ANY SUGGESTIONS.

I would follow the recommended requirements for Photoshop (not the minimum).

If I were looking, Id focus on a maxed out GPU. Storage is cheap and externals can supplement.

Touchscreens aren't supported with Photoshop so unless you have other needs for it - thats just a waste of money.

For your Photoshop workflow, a laptop with an Intel Core Ultra 7/9 or Ryzen 7 processor, 32 GB RAM, and a 1 TB SSD will be more than sufficient. I would recommend looking at the ASUS Zenbook 16 OLED or Lenovo Yoga Pro 9i, as they offer excellent displays, touchscreen options, strong performance, and good port selection within your budget range. Unless you're doing heavy 3D or AI-based editing, you don't need to worry too much about dual-GPU setups—modern laptops handle Photoshop very well. The display quality and color accuracy will likely make a bigger difference to your experience than having a high-end dedicated GPU.

For Photoshop, maximize the GPU ( video card) and memory. You'll want a decent IPS display if you are not plugging in an external (not a TN type screen designed for gaming.) Most new PC's will have Windows 11, USB-C, internal SSD storage, etc.

General recommendations are discrete NVidia GPU, 32GB or moréof RAM, and 512GB or more of internal SSD storage.

You could also look at getting a current M4 Mac with 32GB of RAM, they are very fast and capable machines.
