HELP ME PURCHASE A LAPTOP THAT WILL RUN MY PHOTOSHOP APP AND WINDOWS 11

I have done a lot of research but still unsure of the best laptop to buy to run windows 11 and the photoshop app. The research led me to choose a processor (Intel core),  at least 32 GB of ram, SSD with at least 1TB storage, choose a screen size (16"?), make sure I have at least 1 A port and 1 C port, a microphone and headset jack, webcam and a SD card slot. I also want touchscreen. I can spend around $1500. I thought I found a match with the Dell Inspirion 16 plus model DB 16250 but it seems unfortunately that potential conflicts with dual GPU's and modified drivers could cause issues. The sales reps at the retail stores are clueless (it seems) as what they recommend doesn't add up when I come home and do the research. I WOULD so APPRECIATE it if ANYONE has any suggestions for the right laptop to purchase. I don't do crazy things in photoshop, I touch up my photos and sometimes do composite image work.
