Help please! Old product key not working on new pc

Hey everyone, I'm so sad... 

i used to work with photoshop cs6 as im just using it privately and cant afford the abo. so now I got a new laptop and the old one I dont have anymore.. i didnt know you needed to deavtivate the old photoshop... so now it doesnt work on the new one and doesnt accept the product key.. is there anything i can do? it still shows in my account under bought products ...

 

help would be very appreciated!

@Hanna123xxk are you getting an error message saying that you have reached your activation limit, if that's the case there's nothing much you can do, you are allowed two activations counts and if you have used them up without deactivating from a previous install then you're out of luck I'm afraid, Adobe no longer reset activation counts.

No, its just saying it doesnt work.,.. 

are you sure they cant reset it? that sucks 😞

@Hanna123xxk unfortunately yes we are positive. Adobe has been explicitly clear that they will no longer assist with 13 year old software activations. Sorry.

@Hanna123xxk As @Ged_Traynor without access to the old computer to deactive a license key, you are stuck.
