Help to Use AI file In PS

Hello
I had a question about using light files in Photoshop, how can I use them in a Photoshop file.

That's impossible to answer unless you give us some information and context.

Generally, a file like this would be used in "Screen" or "Lighten" blend mode.

I've worked with many similar stock files that were created in Illustrator.

When you open the .ai file in Photoshop, it is raster and on one layer. What you see is what you get.
When you open the .ai file in Illustrator, you have access to all the layers.

What I've found is that the Illustrator file uses blending modes and relies on a dark background.

In Illustrator, hide or delete the layer with the black background
In Photoshop, put the image above a layer with a dark background. It doesn't have to be a solid color — it can be an image.

If you got the image from Adobe Stock, then we can look at it if you give us the stock number.
