Help with invoice

Question

Hello, I bought Adobe Photoshop in Poland and on the invoice I received a payment calculation in EUR and PLN, unfortunately the amounts in PLN are calculated incorrectly. How can I obtain a settlement invoice so that the amounts match? the point is that the net amount + tax is not equal to the gross amount. Unfortunately, online chat with an employee did not help.

Hi this is a public community forum answered by Adobe customers, we are not employees (although, thankfully, some employees do drop in to answer questions). As such I have removed the invoice from your post as it contains information that should not be shared publicly.
Pixxxelschubser is correct, you will need to contact Adobe directly via chat.
