Hi Guys, I am so frustrated. I have contacted imagentic portraiture several times..but they keep just giving me the same generic answer that Im not copying the code right. Seriously. ?? I have called adobe, apple, Ive unstalled reinstalled everything updated everything... I'm just stuck .been dealing with this for a couple of weeks. I bought portraiture for both photoshop and lightroom. It works perfectly fine on my lap top. but when i try to install the license key to register on my i mac it keeps giving me the error. wrong key code or expired. Which it is not. It is the correct code.

It fell like its something or a setting on my iMac that is preventing it from working. Does anyone have any idea? I really can't even edit without it. So Im really behind. PLEASE help. Thanks so much Carolyn Rife

I *think* I have discovered the problem, at least it worked for me!  When I tried copying the license key from the email they sent (as they instructed), it would not paste into the license key area.  So, I copied down the key using the old fashioned method, pen and paper. Then I carefully keyed in the license manually instead of using copy and paste.  It's now installed in Lightroom and working!

I am having the same problem and have uninstalled and reinstalled and done everything they have told me.  Imagenomic has awful customer service and says they can't help me. Ugh. Did you find a solution?

Same problem here - I had to reinstall all software on my laptop and need to access the License Key to re-activate the license.

Well, that really does not seem to be a Photoshop problem.

There seems to be a »Select Quantity«-section when purchasing the license, so apropos of Trevor.Dennis’s post: How many licenses did you purchase?

FAQ suggests you are allowed two computers, and it's cross platform. I assume this really is only the second install (you didn't have to reinstall it on the Mac, for example). So... If you're typing the code, try using copy/paste. If you're using copy/paste, try trying it. You'd be amazed how often that solves license issues.

How many uses does  a subscription give you?  If it is just the one, and you have used that on your laptop, then that's the answer.

Can you deactivate it on the laptop so you can try on the desktop?

Are both systems OSX, and is the key platform specific?
