Home screen displaying incorrect profile image

Hi. I use my home computer to log into either of two Creative Cloud accounts for work or personal use. But no matter which account I sign into, the Ps home screen always displays my work profile image (at the upper right). When I'm in my personal account and click on the profile image, which displays incorrectly as my work logo, I'm taken to my online account page where I can confirm that my profile image for my personal account is not my work logo, but my personal one. I've tried signing out of both accounts and then signing into just my personal account. I've also tried signing into my work account and deactivating my home computer from Activated Devices, signing out, then signing into my personal account. Both attempts do not correct the issue, but my personal account continues to display my work profile image. Do you have a solution? Thanks!

Hey, @AmbreeAndCo. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll help you figure this out. I've moved it to discussions for now.

In the Creative Cloud app, press CMD + OPT + T (macOS) to launch Creative Cloud Troubleshooter & select 'Close Creative Cloud and related processes' > click on Go.

1 - In Finder, go to ~/Library/Caches/Adobe/CCX Welcome

Hold down the Option key & click on the 'GO' menu from the top & select Library.

2 - Rename the Avatar folder by adding .old or delete the folder.

3 - Launch Creative Cloud again to open Photoshop and check if the profile icon updated.

Thanks!
