Home screen doesn`t work

the home screen stopped working after installing windows 11. I tried reinstalling all adobe and creative cloud programs. It didn't help. I have the latest graphics card drivers installed. I tried resetting photoshop settings and it didn't help either

@kira_2108 can you post your Photoshop system info, in Photoshop go to Help > System Info, hit the copy button and paste the entire thing into this thread
