How can i achieve this pixelated, hand drawn effect?

I was wondering if anymore knows how i can set up my photoshop document so that i can achieve this pixelated, low resolution effect where the curves aren't smooth, but blocky?

You can draw with the Pencil Tool.

If you use Shape Layers it might be necessary to employ some work-around Layer-combination per Color to effectively remove the Anti-aliasing, I guess.
