How can I easily change yellow highlights to white in a digital music sheet?

Hello,

In this musical score I send you, the background is yellow.

How to make the background white ?

I have tried to use this tool in "Levels" (see white arrow) (by cliquing on the background), but with no success :

As a quick nd dirty method convert your image into the Grayscale mode (Image - Mode - Grayscale).

Then add a Level adjustment layer and adjust the slider. Screenshot from a German version of Photoshop.
