Hello everyone! How can I fill a transparent spot with the patch tool? I tried a few things but my transparent spot stays...transparent.

If there is nothing there at all, you will have better luck with the Clone Stamp tool to replace the transparent pixels.

You can paint the transparent area with your brush blend mode set to 'Behind'. Select the brush and look for the blend mode in the options bar at the top. By default it will say 'Normal".

Ok thanks! I'll try it with the clone stamp tool.

Which product and version are you using, please?

This is the forum Lounge.  We don't field product related questions here.  But a moderator can move this to the correct product forum for you.

Oh! I'm sorry. I just started using Adobe products. It's Photoshop CC 2017 related. Thank you.
