How can I turn a flat image into a circular one?

I turned a decoupaged symmetrical bracelet into a round bracelet using puppet warp. (Check out the video)

Can I execute it on a path I created to the same result? (Check out the image)

You could use Illustrator to vectorize the image and creeate a Stroke you can then apply to a Path.
