Hey, @Claire_Fournier0878. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. This is an easy task, and there can be about 6 more ways to do it.

Here are a few steps of the process:

Note: You can use Filter > Convert for smart filters to experiment with filters non-destructively.

1 - You can use Filter > Camera Raw Filter > Effects > use the Grain Slider.

You can further add blur, or adjust the opacity of these layers/filters to meet your requirements. Our experts might have more tips for you.
