How to batch modify frames in Frame Timeline?

I don't understand why resizing this layer would not trickle to all frames, screenshots below.

Now see screenshot below, why is the rectangle not moving correctly with the text on this next frame?

Hi @annie_3375!

One way to keep the text box and text aligned when resizing is to convert them into a Smart Object. That way, they’ll stay in the same position relative to each other. If you ever need to edit them separately later, you can just double-click the Smart Object layer to open it up.
