hi, in 22.4.2 version, SaveAs Menu (ctrl+shif+s) is changed and if i have layers in my project, i dont see JPG or PNG or .... in my "file types bar" in SaveAs Window. i have to use SaveAsCopy (ctrl+alt+s). is there any way to disable this stupid change and bring back all formats in SaveAs(ctrl+shift+s) Window?

Go to Preferences > File Handling, check the box Enable legacy "Save As".

Hi

This change was driven by a change in macOS and Adobe had to find a way to deal with it. As of 22.4.2 you can revert to the previous behavior in Preferences > File Handling > File Saving Options. There are two settings to change:

  • Enable Legacy Save As
  • Do not append Copy to Filename
