I wouldn't do that since you're essentially downloading files of unknown origin who could potentially have malicious code inside them. Additionally, doing this is against Adobe's EULA (see "17. No Modifications, Reverse Engineering").

To get rid of the splash screen entirely, right click on the Photoshop shortcut, then hit "Properties" and put the argument -NoSplash at the very end of the "Target" field. The downside of this is that it will only work when starting Photoshop through the shortcut. If you open Photoshop by clicking on a file, it doesn't apply.

Other than that, there's nothing you can do. The splash screen can't be modified by normal means.

Sure — here's a short answer for each possible case:

💻 Windows (e.g., Windows 11/Server 2022):

Use a tool like HackBGRT to change the boot/startup image (UEFI only). Requires admin rights and care.

📱 Android Phone (2022 model):

Root your device, then replace bootanimation.zip or use a boot animation app.

🍓 Raspberry Pi / Linux device:

Edit cmdline.txt or change splash screen assets in /usr/share/plymouth/themes.

🚀 Business Startup Logo (founded in 2022):

Redesign using tools like Canva or Figma, then update all branding materials.

Let me know which one you're working on and I can give exact steps.

You HAVE to let us change or hide the artwork on the splash screen on the Mac version. These images are almost always horrendous and I do not want to see them.

Indeed! Beloved Adobe, what do you consider your decent users? Something like muck-eaters, perhaps?!

PLEASE let us remove or change the horrendous splash screens on all Adobe apps

Wholeheartedly agree! Splash screens are usually disgusting. For heaven's sake, what kind of crap is this?:
