How to clear recent file list on Photoshop for the iPad specifically?

I often share PSD cloud documents between my work Adobe account and my personal Adobe account so I can edit between them on my iPad. I am signed into my personal account on my iPad and would rather share between the two accounts rather than log in and out of accounts on the iPad. When I'm done editing with my personal account, I usually remove my personal account's access to the files so they will no longer appear on the iPad's recent file list. Lately, even when I remove access, these cloud documents remain on the recent file list and are unable to sync, open, be renamed, or be deleted. So how can I clear Photoshop's recent file list? This is clear on desktop, but not so much on the iPad.
