Question

How to connect cloud to account?

So I just got a new computer, and I’m trying to get photoshop on it. The only problem is, when I sign into my account it says I don’t have anything in cloud. I’m a student and use my school email, and I really don’t want to go through paying even more to get it again, when I’m already paying for it. How do I get my account to connect? It’s not like I can go on my old computer and look at my account because it’s completely broken. I’ve been trying to figure this out for an hour so I’m frustrated and stressed.

    Sign-Out/In to Creative Cloud

    1. Open Creative Cloud Desktop App.
    2. Click on Avatar (top right corner)
    3. Scroll down to Sign-Out.
    4. Close Everything. Restart your computer.
    5. Open Creative Cloud Desktop App.
    6. Sign-in with your Adobe ID (email) & password.

A new computer won’t have any Adobe apps installed on it yet.

    1. Download & install Creative Cloud Desktop app.
      https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/apps/download-install-apps/creative-cloud-apps/download-creative-cloud-desktop-app-from-web.html
    2. Log-in with your Adobe ID (email) & password).
    3. Once Creative Cloud is installed, use that to install Photoshop and other CC Apps.

Post back if you need more help.

Hi @JayBird_0870, sorry to hear about the account frustration. We don’t have access to anyone’s account info here, so your quickest way to get to get access to the account you are paying for is to contact Adobe through their chat. Make sure you are logged in with your Adobe ID and then type AGENT so you can bypass the automated chatbot. Online Chat: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen (type AGENT to get a live person).
