How to create a glassy/glazed ceramics/pottery effect for a smart object?

Hi all,

I have recently come across this image on Pinterest that is clearly made using AI. I wanted to try to recreate it, but it is looking rather terrible… I wanted to ask for any pointers to see if I can improve it so as to look as similar as the inspo pic. I have attached my try as well as the initial logo to this question.

Here is what I have nastily produced:

how can I create the runny glassy cracked finish ?

You might like to try one or a mix of the built-in texture filters included in Photoshop. In particular, I suggest Plastic Wrap, Ocean Ripple, and Craquelure - browse the Filter Gallery for these. For a very specific cracked glaze you may get a better look by creating a texture map from your own high-contrast B&W image, and place the texture with a clipping mask.
