How to create a Photoshop Library and then add brushes to the Library

I have PS 23.1.0 on a Mac.

Several months ago I created a Library within Photoshop Libraries (eg within Windows>Libraries).

At that time I added my favorite brushes to the Library.

Now I have more brushes to add to the Library.  However it won't allow me to drag from the brush panel and drop into the Library.  Can anyone tell me how to add more brushes to an existing Library?  Likewise, how can I add new color swatches to an existing Library?

Thank you in advance for your help.

I was unable to drag and drop because I was attempting to drag from the brush drop down menu that is in the upper left corner of my Photoshop bar.

I have discovered that I am able to drag and drop ONLY when selecting a brush that appears in the brushes tab.  The brushes tab appears when go to the top-most menu bar and select Windows>Brushes.  Once the brushes tab appears it contains all of my brushes.  There I can select one brush at a time and then drag it to my Libraries.

I was also unable to drag & drop Photoshop brushes from the Brush tab to my Creative Cloud library (MacOS13.6, Photoshop 22-24). My computer is a M1 Macbook Pro. But......, when I open Adobe Photoshop with Rosetta, I can drag & drop my Photoshop brushes  into my Creative Cloud Library!! This seems to be a bug related to the M12/M2 processor.

I'm having the same issue and the solutions suggested here do not work.
I was once able to drag and add brushes to my Libraries Panel but am no longer able to. Not from the Brushes panel nor the Presets panel. This is an important feature to me and I'd love to have it back or figure out why it is not working.

I have the exact same problem--I used to be able to drag brushes to my Libraries but I'm no longer able to. It's an important part of my workflow. Have you ever found a solution?

Windows > Brushes

From the fly-out menu select New Brush Group and name it

From the fly-out menu select Import Brushes (or one of the other choices) and navigate to where you have your brushes stored or downloaded and select them.

It's working for me, but I am using Windows 10.   I can only drag one at a time, and I can only drag presets and not groups.  It works OK with swatches, but only one at a time as with brush presets.

Can you tell use what version of OSX you are using?

Can someone else try this on a Mac please?
