How to create a warm light or a moonlight streaming through the window.

Hi, this is how far I've got with the edit. I'm new to AI and have created the window using credits in PS. I wanted to understand if its possible to create either a warm 'Golden hour' light streaming through, or rainwater dripping down the glass with cold moonlight? If it can be done, please share how 🙂
