How to Disable "layer filtering"

Hello,

I'm using Photoshop CC 2014 and working with the pen tool. But everytime I click it keeps isolating the layer I'm on and it's very annoying to work with. Is there any way to disable this feature because? I don't use it and it gets in the way.

The Default is i believe Kind, so if you change Selected to Kind you shouldn't have any more issues unless you click one of the icons that appears to the right of Kind.
