How to disable Photoshop update notifications?

I use Photoshop 2024 because 2025 is too problematic. For some time now, every time I start it, a window pops up asking me to update. I have disabled update notifications in Adobe Creative Cloud. How do I get rid of this?

@Ged_Traynor thanks for the link, I didn't see that thread. So I guess there's nothing that can be done. I didn't have that window on Windows 10, after updating to Win 11 it started popping up. I'll go back to Windows 10, maybe that will help. Thanks for your willingness to help!
