How to Download Files Stored in Adobe Creative Cloud

I would like to know how to download the files from my Adobe Creative Cloud's storage plan onto my computer so that I can free up space. Your advice is greatly appreciated.

To download Cloud Docs, go to assets.adobe.com, to the Files section, to Your Files, to Cloud Documents. Select a file. You'll see three dots appear in the upper right, below your profile pic and the Adobe logo. Click on the three dots and select Download. It doesn't appear to allow you to download multiple files, though, as the three dots disappear when you select more than one file at a time.

Thanks for reaching out and sharing the screenshot. From the screenshot alone, it’s difficult to determine why the Download option isn’t available.

Could you please provide a few more details?

What type of file is it? (For example, .psdc, .ai, etc.)
Is this your own file stored in your Creative Cloud Files, or was it shared with you by someone else?
Could you also share a screenshot that includes the full page (including the file name, location, and browser window), as the current screenshot only shows the context menu?

With that information, we should be able to determine why the Download option isn’t being shown.
