How to enable cloud storage for recovery information (after disabling it)

I completely disabled the use of cloud storage for photoshop.  I didn't want any photoshop (or any other) files stored in the cloud.  I can't remember specifically how I did that.  I did several things following community advice.

Now, I've changed my mind.  I want to "re-enable" cloud storage.  The reason I want to do that is to to use it to automatically save recovery information.  I chronically forget to save  and have lost quite a bit of work as a result.

Alas, I can't remember how I disabled it and now I can't figure out how to "re-enable" it.
