how to export selection as binary image

I need a quick workflow that fills my selection with white and exterior of the selection with black, after export the final image in binary image format

I am not sure what the »starting point« and the resulting files are; could you please post screenshots taken at View > 100% with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Options Bar, …) visible?

More information is required.

What you describe is saving the selection as an alpha channel (channels panel), then possibly saving this channel as a separate image, either an 8 bpc grayscale image that has had a 50% threshold applied, or as a 1 bit image into TIFF or another supported format.
