After using the red eye removal tool,  I sometimes end up with a shiny white glare in the iris of my subjects.  Is there a technique for getting rid of "white eye" in one's photos?

Often I'm handed such snapshots to correct, and what I do is darken the pupils with the Burn Tool, leaving a tiny little catch light, or even painting such a catch light with the Brush afterwards.

Obviously these are strictly rescue jobs.

Thank you for your reply.  I am using CS 5 and on occasion will end up with this:

CS will take out the red eye but this weird glossy white eye remains and I am not sure how to correct it.
