How to input settings from old computer onto new computer

Copied settings from odl computer but do not see how to input into new computer Edit>Presets> only gives me Migrate or Preset Manager options.

Before getting a new computer, I copied all my Photoshop presets, actions and settings to an external hard drive.

After installing, I copied my old settings over to new Photoshop.
