Most current Adobe apps are built to run on these systems:

• Win11 versions 24H2 and 23H2, and Win 10 versions 22H2 and 21H2 (LTSB branches aren't supported)

• macOS 26 (Tahoe), macOS 15 (Sequoia), and macOS 14 (Sonoma)

Activation of Pre-CS5 products is no longer possible. Those activation servers died several years ago.

Even if you could install it which is very doubtful, software from 2007 isn’t going to work right on a modern computer. Technology has changed too much in 20 years.

That sounds like Photoshop CS3. The activation servers were retired many years ago, so it not possible to reinstall, the serial number will not work.

Do you mean Photoshop 10 (CS3), released in 2007 

or Photoshop Elements 10, released in 2011?
