How to remove the text from my PDF?

Dear members, I am a Windows user, and I have a problem. How can I remove text photos from my PDF file? Please suggest me.

For editing pdfs I would recommend Acrobat (though there are other pdf-editors, too).

Can you provide the pdf or at least meaningful screenshots so people other than you might also get an inkling of what we are talking about?

Edit: Is the text type/vector information or (part of) a pixel image withing the pdf?
