Hi,

I have a 1100x700 px HD image with unchangeable text inside. When I resize the image to the size 321x208 px, it get distorted, the text don't show with the same quality as the original.
How can I keep the same quality of the original?

Would appreciate the help...

The only way to scale text without losing quality is where the text is in the document as a separate vector layer. This is the way the text tool inserts text.

From your description, it sounds like the text is part of the pixel image.

In that case you can minimise the impact using Bicubic Sharper to resample but there will be an impact on quality.

Solved it! Just create a new page with 321x208 px and just scale/transform down to fit in it.

Transform will use whatever interpolation method you have set in Preferences - General

Rasterised (i.e pixel based) text will be affected the same as with image size , if using the same interpolation method.

The only way to avoid any scaling impact is to use vector based text.

All that said - you appear to have resolved your immediate issue
