How to reverse action?

What do you mean built? Where did you get this action? It did not come with Photoshop.

No, I didn't, it was built. I explained how it looks, this is a basic action in photoshop, maybe it's not called frequency separation, but the essence is the same.

Adobe does not ship a frequency separation action. So either you created it or you downloaded it from somewhere.

It's did. Frequency separation action was in my photoshop when I opened this (group - texture, blur, and neutral layer in midle). I don't have copy.

What changed on your computer? Where did you get the action file from and do you have a backup copy (frequency separation is not included with a Photoshop installation.)
