How to revert new Hue Sat panel?

I unfortunately updated my Photoshop yesterday from 26.4 to 26.11. Previously I think there was a way to turn off the god-awful new Hue Sat layout (unless I downgraded my app, unfortunately can't remember). I tried unchecking "Enable Modern User Interface" in Technology Previews, but that seems just to have removed the sliders in dialog boxes like Expand Selection.
Hoping there's an option I'm missing or something to add to PSUserConfig.txt?

MacOS Sonoma, if it matters.

Edit: Also, is there a way to disable the flickering on and off of the properties panel (greying out and re-enabling, not hiding and showing) when toggling the layer visibility? It is extremely visually distracting while trying to focus on the actual changes being made.

The hover hint for the Enable Modern... says to restart Ps before toggling take effect.

My box was checked in Ps 2025 (v26.11), so I unchecked it and restarted Ps 2025.  Image>Hue/Saturation and Hue/Saturation adjustment panel appear the same.

Now, in Ps 2024 (v25.12.4), Image>Hue/Saturation and Hue/Saturation adjustment panel are identical ("old" style).

…a way to turn off the god-awful new Hue Sat layout…

By @alexanderl16240166

Is it actually god-awful, or is it just unfamiliar? The reason I ask is that you might the only person I’ve seen who has used a negative term for the redesigned Hue/Sat adjustment. Just about every other opinion I’ve seen has raved about it and its handy new shortcut in the Contextual Task Bar, along with the new Prominent Colors feature.

If that doesn’t make sense, see if it helps to watch the entire video below. It’s by Blake Rudis of f64 Academy, who has a background in traditional color theory and is extremely competent with the color tools in Photoshop and Camera Raw. At multiple times in the video he points out another change he is very happy with, and by the end of the video, he is enthusiastically positive about the changes too.

That's a good point, Image > Hue/Sat now looks completely different from the adjustment layer. I assume they'll change it too at some point though.
