How to save all ps, ai etc, settings, including brushes, when getting a new computer

First of all, sorry for my english , its not my native language.

I Have a question, when you are creative cloud customer, with a solo plan as a self artist, which include all creative cloud applications.

I acquiered a new mac, and i wanna know if there is a way to save all settings from cc applications on a mac, to be able to recall them on a new one, exemple all photoshop brushes, but also all settings in general for all cc applications.

With time i bough and made tons of Ps brushes. Of course we can export them, but well, i would like an option to save all settings, from all applications, in the cloud would be the best.

Is it possible ?
