how to save in jpeg format now, I don't want jpgf or jpeg XL !

I don't know how to save in jpeg format , classic one anymore. It's just possible jpgf or jpeg XL ! Why, my printer doesn't accept the new jpeg format? What can I do, please ?

Hi @sonia36111858wtl4! Thanks for reaching out.

When you go to File > Save a Copy, you should normally see an option to save as a JPEG. Are you not seeing that? If not, try going to Photoshop > Preferences > File Handling and make sure “Enable Legacy Save As” is checked.

Also, just a heads-up: JPEG doesn’t support 16-bit files, layers, alpha channels, or transparency. So if your file includes any of those, that might be why the option isn’t showing up.
