How to stay the layers the same on the image but other on the list

Hi, can someone please tell me how i can manage my layers so on the image they like on the picture but on the list the greenones is firs, i need it for a script, script reconize 2 first layers so i need to have 2 green ones on the top visualy, but on image stay in this exact locations
