Question

How to transfer the cloud documents from another account?

I made a big mistake today. I just graduated from college a while ago and the school email expired, but it's the email I linked to my Adobe account.

Just now I subscribed using my personal email, and I thought the cloud document could also be accessed. I saw a notification like this before I subscribed, but it seems like I understood it wrong. The document will be accessed if I subscribe again using the same email.

However, my old email(the edu) already expired and I cannot use it anymore...

Does anyone know what can I do now? All the artwork I did in my college years is on that cloud.

@Yuhan37810676detx can you try to contact the college and explain that you need temporary access to your old email to recover work?

Thats a good idea. I'm chatting with the adobe agent right now, I will try contacting my school later. Thank you so much!

@Yuhan37810676detx not sure they can help much without access to the account but keep us posted!

@Yuhan37810676detx unfortunately any solution requires you to have access to the previous email to login.
