how to trigger options in the selection menu through script

hi all,
i have created a plugin in photoshop

 so the above fig. shows that the plugin i have created.
so through script i want to trigger that "adobesdk" after that there is one more option"studio"
"AdobeSDK" ---> "studio" this i want to trigger through script
