how to use paragraph styles?

I see them there... I create a style... yet how to implement??

@Todd_Morgan You can create and apply styles in Photoshop, but it's not quite as straightforward as in some other programs such as Illustrator or InDesign (much easier!). Photoshop's styling capabilities are more focused on layer styles and character/paragraph styles for text, rather than a global, easily-applied styling system for all elements.
