Howto upscale this image so its in high quality?

Hi,

 I used to be able to upscale low quality / blurry logo's, but i've been out of the ecosystem for too long, i'm having trouble finding a way to upscale the image i've uploaded into a proper high quality one. I would appreciate any guidance to achieve it, because i want to use it as a print.
